Machine tending application. Each part (clutch housing) arrives in layers on a pallet. The robot picks up each part and places on drip tray of robot. Then each part undergoes four processes, one on each side of each machine. The cell contains 4 makino machines. Each two machines perform 4 processes such that some parts are processed on the first 2 machines and some on the other 4 machines. The handling is all done by the one Yaskawa robot on a slider. The entire cell is controlled by our software running on a standard pc.

Autoloading system as displayed in a number of exhibitions. Stacking of boxes allows for automatic operation for a long time. This system is using one Nachi robot.

Machine Tending using one Yaskawa robot. This system handles a wide variety of parts arranged within boxes.
A camera is available to check that correct part is being loaded. The tolerances within machine are very tight , hence loading speed is set accordingly.
